Annotatsiya

The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of a differentiatedapproach to the development of motor and coordination abilities in young gymnasts. Theeffectiveness of the training organization is analyzed, taking into account the individual physical,psychological and functional characteristics of each athlete. It also describes a system of exercisesaimed at developing coordination abilities and the methodology of their application.
