In art lessons, the emotional impact of colors plays a crucial role in enhancing students' creative abilities. The method of "Managing and expressing emotions through colors" offers students the opportunity to express their inner emotions and reduce stress. This approach helps students deepen their understanding of colors during the creative process and align them with their emotional state. The watercolor technique on wet paper expands students' creative possibilities, as the fluid movement of colors fosters new expressive forms. Digital technologies further enrich this process, allowing students to experiment with colors and integrate them with their personal experiences. Through this method, students learn to manage and express their emotions through colors, achieving greater creative freedom. The psychological effects of colors not only improve the creative process but also enhance emotional well-being, leading to a new level of development for students in the field of painting.
