This article examines the issues of identifying corruption offenses committed in labor agencies, and discusses internal and external mechanisms for implementing measures to combat corruption. Particular attention is paid to the powers of state bodies authorized to identify corruption situations in the labor agency system. In addition, the article describes the key aspects that domestic lawyers should pay attention to when identifying corruption in this area.
