This article analyzes the issue of self-regulation in military personnel, specifically in terms of emotional and physical regulation of the psyche. It includes a historical analysis of self-regulation and suggestion, presented as a form of psychological immunity related to personal responsibility for one's own behavior. The article also offers a schematic breakdown of self-regulation mechanisms from both mental and physical perspectives.
