The article analyzes the reforms of the judicial system of Uzbekistan, focusing on measures aimed at ensuring its independence, increasing transparency and bringing it into line with international standards. The most important changes include legislative reforms, digitalization of judicial processes and strengthening the protection of citizens' rights. The article also examines the contribution of these reforms to the implementation of the Development Strategy of the New Uzbekistan for 2022–2026 and the long-term strategy "Uzbekistan – 2030", which are aimed at creating a fair and effective justice system.
