This article identifies the dynamics of functional development in control and experimental groups of highly qualified 400-meter runners. Special attention is given to analyzing the results obtained from specific tests conducted during the research. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the differences in physical qualities between the control and experimental groups at the end of the pedagogical study, and conclusions have been drawn based on the obtained results.
