The article examines industries that contribute to increasing the efficiency of the judicial process by reducing the overall time to complete court cases without compromising the quality of justice. Problems faced by judges are discussed, including frequent unnecessary adjournments and slow courts. Possibilities for improving communication and cooperation, and increasing judges' confidence in the effectiveness of case management are analyzed. Measures are also proposed to create an effective mechanism for monitoring and managing litigation at both the individual and general levels.
