This article the importance of practical competences in forming non-standardteaching skills of future teachers, discusses the means for future teachers to acquire pedagogical skills, theteacher’s direct participation in the educational process, not only being an example to others with hisspiritual and moral culture, but also how he should be able to demonstrate pedagogical skills, and at thesame time analyzes the importance of innovative pedagogical approaches in the educational process, theirrole in increasing their effectiveness, and their adaptability to modern education. The article shows thestages of the process of implementing pedagogical innovations in practice, and highlights the advantagesof person-centered educational technologies, problem-based learning, and computerized technologies.
