The article examines various aspects of the legal basis of land legislation, the procedure for exercising prosecutorial control over the use of land resources, the concept of prosecutorial control, the opinions of scientists, as well as the tasks assigned to the prosecutor's office when organizing the use of land resources. The issues of land resources and their control are also considered, the documents of prosecutorial control used, cases of unauthorized seizure of land plots, identified offenses in this area are analyzed, and examples of the practice of prosecutorial supervision are given. In conclusion, the author expressed his opinion on this issue.
