В данной статье рассчитаны прогнозные значения РеспубликиУзбекистан в туристских кадрах, которые необходимо связать с перспективными планамиразвития туриндустрии. Кроме того, эти планы должны быть неотъемлемой частьюполитики трудоустройства и занятости в рамках государственных программ социальноэкономического развития областей республики. Подобный системный подход позволитточно и аргументированно реализовывать прогнозы потребностей в профессиональныхтуристских кадрах. В данной статье подробно изучена отраслевая система туристскогообразования. Автор считает, что система подготовки кадров для туризма может эффективнофункционировать, если она отвечает определенным требованиям. Автор сделал следующийвывод, что целевообразно готовить компетентных, квалифицированных людей,конкурентоспособных на рынке труда и способных эффективно работать в своихпрофессиональных областях в соответствии с международными стандартами
