This thesis examines the importance of online booking in the hotel industry,examining its impact on revenue generation, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Inan era dominated by digital advancements and changing consumer preferences, it has becomeimperative for hotels to remain competitive and meet the changing demands of modern travelersby adopting online booking platforms.
