This article examines the advanced experience of managing family businesses ofsome companies in the USA and South Korea. The main subject of this study is focused on themanagement mechanisms of family enterprises, based on the management structures of "WalMart" Inc., SK Group companies, the researcher made theoretical proposals for effectivemanagement of family enterprises.
