This article is devoted to the organizational and economic issues of family business management, which is one of the urgent issues in Uzbekistan today. The main subject of this study is focused on the management mechanisms of family enterprises. Therefore, in this paragraph, we will consider the economic and legal features and methodological aspects of managing family enterprises as a type of business and form of ownership.
