данная статья посвящена изучению роли, значения, особенностей и эффективности инноваций как фактора развития сферы услуг. В ней изложены мнения авторов по определению термина «инновация», показатели инновационного развития, методы и подходы к оценке эффективности инноваций в условиях их применения в сфере услуг. По результатам исследования сформированы соответствующие выводы и предложения.
