This article substantiates the need to classify entrepreneurial activity based on its specificfeatures and diversity. The introduction of such a classification facilitates its scientific andpractical study and insurance of risks associated with this activity. Based on this, this articleclassifies entrepreneurial activity by its characteristics and reveals specific aspects of these areas.The article highlights the need and advantages of business insurance, as well as aspects requiringattention in insurance.
