The article provides a scientific analysis using econometric models of infant mortality in our Republic and the factors influencing it. Since the data is based on a multivariate time series, the econometric equations were developed using the ARDL (autoregressive distributed lag) autoregressive distributed lag model. 22-year indicators of the statistical agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan were used to study infant mortality and its impact in our country. Also, based on the ARDL model, a matrix graph of time series was developed. The correlation matrix of correlations of dependent and independent variables, the unit-root test scores for stationarity testing, and the associated cointegration test were tested, and the regression equation of the ARDL model was constructed. Also, the developed regression equation of the ARDL model was tested using significant Gauss-Markov conditions and the Cusum diagnostic test. The study presents the approaches and proposals of the authors.
