The article substantiates scientifically the need to conduct a gender audit in the activities of state bodies and organizations, including the implementation of personnel policy, by assessing the provision of women's labor rights on the basis of gender equality within the framework of public control. and analyzes the constitutional experience of foreign countries in this regard.
