This article analyzes the procedure for protecting the freedom of scientific research at the constitutional level. Many countries guarantee the freedom of science at the constitutional level. But the freedom of science in different meanings is enshrined in the constitutions of countries. The different ways in which constitutions deal with scientific research influence how they deal with some of the most important issues related to freedom of research. In addition, the article proposes to study the protection of the right to science at the legislative level.
