This article analyzes some of the legal foundations of the fight against corruption in our country and the responsibilities of individual state bodies regulating legal relations in the field of corruption prevention. The article also presents proposals and conclusions to ensure the openness of the activities of state bodies and organizations and the effective implementation of public control. In the article, the author concludes that it is necessary to further improve the mechanisms for protecting the rights and interests of citizens in the fight against corruption, openness of the activities of public authorities and management, and ensuring public and parliamentary control
