After the independence of our country, as a result of the increase in the need of the population for fast and economical railway transport, a number of reforms were carried out in the field. In addition, many problems left over from the transport policy of the Soviet government in Uzbekistan were waiting for their solution. In this article, based on various sources, the establishment of railway transport in Uzbekistan during 1991-2022 and many issues in it are analyzed.
