This article examines the issues of developing and implementingan optimal cost strategy aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of industrialenterprises. Strategic approaches focused on reducing production costs, rationaluse of resources, and improving financial performance through the effectiveorganization of cost management processes are analyzed.The study explores internal and external factors influencing the economicactivities of industrial enterprises, as well as modern management methods thatenable cost optimization. Particular attention is given to the factors ensuring thesuccessful implementation of the strategy, such as internal resources of theenterprise, technological innovations, and the role of human capital.
