The article explores the problem of developing conflictological competence in higher education students, particularly future preschool education teachers, based on the acmeological approach. The study highlights the content, forms, and methods of pedagogical technology developed through competency-based, systemic, and learner-centered approaches. The results of the experimental research demonstrated that the educational process organized on the basis of the acmeological approach significantly improved students’ skills in analyzing conflict situations, conducting effective communication, resolving conflicts constructively, and applying reflective approaches in pedagogical activity.
