Annotatsiya

In this article, the authors analyze the admissibility of evidence at the trial stage, investigate the requirements for their collection, and evaluation, and also make suggestions about the possibility of introducing electronic evidence, assessing their positive aspects for criminal proceedings. In addition, there is an analysis of national and foreign legislation and law enforcement practice regarding the introduction of electronic documents in criminal proceedings.
