The article analyzes the legislative regulation of criminal proceedings in cases of juvenile crimes in Uzbekistan, reveals the features of conducting investigative actions and criminal proceedings against a person under the age of eighteen, highlights the primary tasks of the state aimed at protecting the rights and interests of the younger generation.
