Annotatsiya

The article addresses the issues of operating an indoor warehouse associated with sharp fluctuations in the arrival and departure of vehicles. The main problem lies in the mismatch between the needs for loading and unloading operations and the warehouse's resources, leading to downtime and increased operating costs. To optimize operations, it is proposed to use modern technologies such as creating digital twins of warehouses and applying simulation modeling in the AnyLogic environment. Various schemes and logical diagrams are presented, demonstrating the warehouse complex's operation process and suggestions for its  improvement. The analysis and optimization of processes are aimed at reducing waiting times, increasing efficiency, and lowering costs.
