The article presents a discrete-event agent model for simulating the container system of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. As part of the study, a digital twin of the container terminal was built, which made it possible to analyze and optimize the terminal's technological chains in detail. Particular attention is paid to the study of the probability density function and the cumulative distribution function for the loading process of 130 containers. Based on the modeling results, recommendations were developed aimed at increasing the efficiency of the container terminal.
