The paper proposes an acmeological technology for self-regulation of university students’ individualized physical load. The approach integrates current readiness, personally meaningful developmental goals, internal load response, recovery and reflection. A four-component “ACME-REGULATION” model is developed, combining diagnostic-resource, goal-oriented, regulation-activity and reflective-corrective components. For pedagogical monitoring, the combined use of relative exercise intensity, RPE, session-RPE, movementtechnique, recovery signs and perceived readiness is proposed. The technology supports a gradual transition from teacher-controlled load prescription to shared regulation and partially autonomous student self-management. The framework positions physical education as a context for developing responsibility for health, conscious exercise behavior and an individual trajectory of physical self-improvement.
