Psychological features of developing communicative competence among school advisors

This article explores the psychological characteristics of developing communicative competence among school principals’ advisors and examines its significance for effective managerial practice and interpersonal interaction within educational institutions. The study analyzes the essential components of communicative competence, including active listening, empathic communication, verbal and non-verbal interaction, constructive conflict resolution, and collaborative communication strategies. Particular attention is given to the psychological factors influencing the formation of communicative competence, as well as the relationship between personal qualities, professional competencies, and leadership performance. The findings indicate that a high level of communicative competence enhances organizational cooperation, strengthens professional relationships, improves managerial decision-making, and contributes to the creation of a positive psychological climate in schools. The study also highlights the importance of integrating communication-focused psychological training into the professional development of school principals’ advisors.
