This article systematically analyzes theoretical strategies and practical technologies for developing future teachers’ personality resistant to xenophobia. In the context of modern globalization and migration processes, the importance of approaches based on tolerance, intercultural communication and social justice in pedagogical activity is substantiated. The article highlights cognitive, affective and behavioral strategies, as well as ways to form immunity against xenophobia through dialogic education, reflective practices, role-playing games and inclusive technologies.
