This study presents a framework integrating high-frequency vibration diagnostics and dynamic thermal profiling into closed-loop automated control architectures for heavy machinery. Using empirical parameters from an industrial HTS800-89 double-suction centrifugal pump, we develop physical models governing rotordynamics, bearing thermal dynamics, and efficiency degradation under fault regimes. We demonstrate how automation networks leverage these signals to execute dynamic speed throttling, load rebalancing, and cavitation suppression, enhancing operational reliability and maximizing asset remaining useful life.
