The article analyzes modern concepts and methodological approaches aimed at improving the management system of textile industry enterprises. Based on the scientific works of foreign and domestic scholars, three leading concepts are comparatively examined: lean manufacturing and Total Quality Management (Lean–TQM), digital transformation and “Textile 4.0,” and sustainable development and the circular economy. In addition, four methodological approaches to the practical implementation of these concepts are substantiated: the systems approach, the process approach, the quantitative-analytical Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) approach, and the multi-criteria indicative approach. As a result of the study, a model for the phased and integrated implementation of these concepts is proposed.
