This paper analyzes the development mechanism of the management system at textile enterprises in Uzbekistan. Based on international experience (Bangladesh, China, Turkey, Vietnam) and the practices of CIS countries, a four-stage management model adapted to the conditions of Uzbekistan and the Index of Management Improvement (IRU) formula are proposed.
