The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the formation of a transformative educational environment in highereducation and its pedagogical influence on qualitative changes in students’ personality. Transformative learning is interpreted as apedagogical process aimed at the reflective reconsideration of students’ knowledge, experience, value-based attitudes, and strategies ofactivity. The study explains qualitative personal changes through cognitive, axiological, reflective, and activity-based components andsystematizes the pedagogical conditions that facilitate these changes.
