The article analyzes the transformation of crowdfunding under the influence of technological innovations, primarilyblockchain and artificial intelligence. It examines how the integration of smart contracts, big data analytics systems,and decentralized financial models is reshaping established approaches to collective financing. The article demonstratesthat the adoption of these technologies contributes to reducing transaction costs, increasing the transparency of investmentprocesses, and establishing new mechanisms of trust among participants. Particular attention is paid to the evolutionof crowdfunding toward Web3, asset tokenization, and decentralized autonomous organizations. It is concluded thatthe further development of crowdfunding will be determined by the depth of technological integration and the ability ofregulatory systems to adapt to new realities
