In this research paper, the mechanisms of regulation of non-profit organizations by regulatory legal acts of entrepreneurial activity are considered. Their organizational and legal forms are analyzed according to the opinions of scientists, and the main purpose of the article is not to deviate from their goal by setting the limit of involvement in entrepreneurial activity. The prospects of financing the activities of non-profit organizations and the results achieved that will be realized in the future are analyzed. The specific boundaries between the goals of non-profit organizations and economic entities are outlined.
