The rights of the fourth generation, which include somatic rights, cause a lot of controversy. One of these rights is the human right to transplant organs and tissues. The article deals with the investigation of these crimes. The author notes that there are a number of problems, including moral and legal, in the investigation of these acts. It is necessary to develop high technologies to increase the level of medical knowledge of investigators, as well as to introduce an independent examination system, otherwise there will be a high probability of abuse, both by doctors and criminal groups to solve most of the legal and criminalistic problems.
