Land ownership is of great social, economic and political importance. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the issue related to privatization in order to bring land plots into civil circulation and turn them into an active object of economic circulation. Today, privatization is not intended to be applied to land plots that are not intended for agriculture, and although a certain legal framework has been created in this regard, in practice the privatization process has not yet started. In this regard, it is important to research the legal basis of land privatization from a scientific and theoretical point of view.
