Perinatology as an independent branch of medicine was formed quite recently, only 50 years ago. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, the first steps of perinatal medicine were noted 25 years ago; currently there are 15 perinatal centers operating. The study was carried out in the Fergana Regional Perinatal Center, annual reports were studied from the moment the center was organized for 2009-2023. The dynamics of quantitative and qualitative indicators of obstetric care in the regional perinatal center are presented.
