Purpose of the study/ To study the risk factors of vomiting of pregnant women in the Fergana region. Material and methods. The work was performed on the Ferghana Regional Perinatal Center in 2022-2023. A retrospective study of the case histories of 123 women with vomiting pregnant (VP) was carried out. The severity of vomiting in pregnant women was assessed by G.M. Savnlyeva [2018]. We used clinical, clinical-laboratory and statistical research methods. Results. VP manifested itself more often in mild (45.5%) and moderate (44.7%) degrees, a severe degree occurred only in 9.8% of patients. Taking into account the severity of VP, age, parity, terms of admission to the hospital, obstetric anamnesis, somatic pathology and clinical features were studied. Conclusions: The risk group for the development of severe VP can include multi-pregnant women aged 20-24 years, housewives who arrived late at the gestational age of 7-8 weeks, which indicated their lack of knowledge and / or non-compliance with diet, sleep and rest - the main measures to prevent the development of early toxicosis of pregnant women Risk factors for VP include a previous non-developing pregnancy, iron deficiency anemia, urinary tract infection.
