PCOS is a complex syndrome of reproductive, metabolic and psychological problems characterized by a variety of clinical manifestations and is the main cause of female infertility. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a heterogeneous condition characterized by metabolic changes and infertility, is also closely associated with maternal, neonatal and obstetric complications.
