"The study examined the effect of ""Aminoyantar"" on the indices of endogenous intoxication, lipid peroxidation (LPO) and the antioxidant system (AOS) in experimental peritonitis. Experiments were conducted on male rats (n=60) weighing 180-220g using a model of experimental peritonitis. The studies were conducted on days 3 and 5 after administration of the phlogogenic suspension. Blood substitutes Aminoyantar and Infezol 40 were administered at a dose of 10 ml per 1 kg of body weight for 5 days. The values of HIF-1α concentration, endogenous intoxication indicators, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, catalase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were studied. In experimental peritonitis, the blood substitute ""Aminoyantar"" corrects indicators of endogenous intoxication and lipid peroxidation and restores the state of the AOS, which allows it to be recommended in the complex treatment of peritonitis."
