Annotatsiya

This article presents the results of determining the content of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Ni) and the macroelement (K) in the dry extract of medicinal sage (Salvia officinalis L.) using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The samples were prepared by mineralization and analyzed under flame atomization conditions. According to the obtained results, the concentrations of toxic elements (Pb, Cd, Ni) were below the detection limits, while the potassium content was 14.7 mg/g. Validation parameters confirmed the high sensitivity and reliability of the method. The results of the study indicate that the medicinal sage extract is a rich source of potassium
