Relevance. Premature and early menopause is relevant today, it requires special attention for the early identification of risk groups and the prediction of this pathology. Since a woman's body undergoes drastic changes, they lead to many complications. The purpose of the study: to assess the health status and quality of life of women with premature and early menopause. Materials and methods. A comparative assessment of the health status of 355/294 women was carried out by analyzing the completed questionnaires, the results of general and gynecological examinations, and clinical and laboratory studies. Results of the study: the quality of life of patients of the three compared groups was assessed by 6 parameters, as a result, it was concluded that in groups with PM and RM, the number of complaints was significantly higher in these parameters compared to the control group. This provision confirms that, in patients with PM and RM, the quality of life is reduced compared to patients with timely menopause.Conclusion. Thus, based on the above, we can c
