Annotatsiya

Almost every aspect of the existence of Central Asian nations and the post-Soviet region as a whole was initially confronted with the formidable challenge of resolving certain complex issues. In carrying out this task in pursuit of integration objectives, it was only natural that the leaders of the countries comprising the former Soviet Union attempted to leverage prior global experience. Difficult circumstances during those years compelled the postSoviet states to develop a variety of integration strategies. It is unsuitable to form unequivocally pessimistic evaluations regarding the potential of this process, in this regard alone. Unquestionably, we can only assert that there are currently insurmountable subjective and objective barriers to its implementation in accordance with the European exemplar. The integration of Commonwealth states was adversely affected by processes occurring in the post-Soviet space that were distinct in impact and trajectory. The splintering of technological and economic ties among businesses, the disintegration of a unified financial and monetary system, and the severe repercussions stemming from the political collapse of a single state and the all-Union national economic complex were some of the significant challenges that the Commonwealth states resolved. Economic and social relations were fundamentally altered in the complex process of establishing state institutions of management and power.
