THE EARLY STAGE CONDITIONS The Central Asian states, as well as the broader post-Soviet region, were charged from the start with addressing some of the most difficult problems that affected almost every part of their daily lives. Naturally, the leaders of the nations that made up the former Soviet Union attempted to draw on existing world experience when performing this job within the framework of integration goals.
