The article presents the results of an epidemiological study of anamnestic and somatic risk factors for urgent non-gravid metrorrhagia among the urban female population of Andijan during 2010–2025. The prevalence and 15-year dynamics of risk factors across different age groups were analyzed. Age-related differences in the structure of risk factors were identified, with excessive and persistent menstrual bleeding, obesity, and age over 45 years playing a significant role.
