Relevance. Despite advances in treatment methods, glaucoma remains one of the leading causes of visual impairment and irreversible blindness worldwide, especially when combined with complicated cataract and myopia. Purpose of the study. To investigate the hemodynamic features of the eyes in patients with primary glaucoma associated with myopia and complicated immature cataract. Materials and methods. A comprehensive examination was conducted in 27 patients (45 eyes) diagnosed with stage II primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) associated with complicated cataract and moderate myopia. The hemodynamic characteristics of the eyes were studied. Results and conclusion. A significant decrease in all ocular hemodynamic parameters was found in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma associated with complicated cataract and moderate myopia.
