A special place in modern entrepreneurial activity is occupied by the contractual model of providing legal services. Under this agreement, legal services (provision of legal information and information on the merits of the case, preparation of a draft document, examination of the agreement, protection of rights in court or other state body, representation in relations with other persons, legal support of the project, etc.) is provided by a specialist who has relevant qualification. In its essence, this agreement is a contract for the provision of services. Its subject is the authority to exercise all legally permitted rights and fulfill obligations on behalf of the customer, as well as to perform specific legal actions. For this reason, it is important to clarify the model of this agreement and determine the scope of rights and obligations between the person providing services – the contractor and the user of services – the customer, as well as correctly determine the subject of the agreement.
