The service sector is one of the most important and key sectors of economic development. The diversity of relations in this area has been further enriched in recent years by the development of the Internet and the increasing role of the virtual world in people's lives. The expansion of types of services creates situations where previously there was enough legal regulation on a general basis, and now it is impossible to establish law and order without the development and creation of separate norms and rules. Especially in the context of globalization, the legal support service for the protection of the rights of individuals and legal entities especially requires the development of special rules and regulations in the coming years. This is due to the fact that contractual regulation of legal services differs from legal consulting services, which today operate in government agencies or organizations. In this case, anyone will have the opportunity to use the services of professionals with relatively comprehensive, in-depth knowledge and skills. The use of legal services, narrow and strong specialists in any field of jurisprudence, can be more qualitative and effective than the services of an ordinary lawyer. At the same time, it is important to understand the essence of the contract for the provision of legal services and its content, as well as to develop a contractual mechanism based on its results. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the contractual and legal framework of relations related to the observance of the rule of law, the administration of justice in the courts and the involvement of a professional lawyer to legally ensure the implementation and protection of the rights of individuals and legal entities.
