During the period of democratization of state administration and reforms in all spheres of society, the most important tasks are to increase the role of representatives of civil society institutions, especially political parties in society, to accelerate their participation in representative bodies, and to strengthen the responsibility of deputies to voters. This article analyzes our legislation in this field with a deep scientific basis along with the experience of modernizing the legal bases of the participation of political parties in the activities of higher representative bodies in developed countries such as the USA, Denmark, Finland and Germany.
